Temporary agents employed under point (a) of Article 2 of the Conditions of Employment in the institutions, bodies, offices or agencies of the Union who are engaged by the EPPO with a contract concluded before and no later than 1 year after the EPPO becomes operational in accordance with the decision mentioned in Article 120(2) shall be offered contracts under point (f) of Article 2 of the Conditions of Employment whereas all other conditions of the contract shall remain unchanged, without prejudice to the need to respect the obligations stemming from the Conditions of Employment.

2. Les agents contractuels qui sont employés au sein des institutions de l’Union au titre de l’article 3 bis ou de l’article 3 ter du régime applicable aux autres agents et qui sont engagés par le Parquet européen dans le cadre d’un contrat conclu avant que le Parquet européen soit devenu opérationnel conformément à la décision visée à l’article 120, paragraphe 2, et au plus tard un an après, se voient offrir des contrats au titre de l’article 3 bis du régime applicable aux autres agents, toutes les autres conditions du contrat demeurant inchangées.
2. Contract agents employed under Article 3a or 3b of the Conditions of Employment in the institutions of the Union who are engaged by the EPPO with a contract concluded before and no later than 1 year after the EPPO becomes operational in accordance with the decision mentioned in Article 120(2) shall be offered contracts under Article 3a Conditions of Employment whereas all other conditions of the contract shall remain unchanged.
