L'ensemble des propositions pourrait servir de base à un séminaire réunissant les principaux partenaires des deux parties, et au cours duquel des orientations non contraignantes seraient élaborées en vue d'un approfondissement des relations UE-Inde sous la forme d'un plan d'action et d'une nouvelle déclaration politique conjointe UE-Inde.
Both could form the basis for a seminar between both sides' main stakeholders, to produce non-binding guidelines for a further deepening of EU-India relations in the form of an Action Plan and a new Joint EU-India Political Declaration.
