2. Le présent règlement n’affecte pas la poursuite ni la modification, y compris la suppression totale ou partielle, des projets concernés jusqu’à leur achèvement ou d’une intervention approuvée par la Commission sur la base des règlements (CE) no 2328/2003, (CE) no 861/2006, (CE) no 1198/2006, (CE) no 791/2007 et (UE) no 1255/2011 et de l’article 103 du règlement (CE) no 1224/2009 ou de toute autre législation applicable à cette intervention au 31 décembre 2013, qui continuent de s’appliquer à ces projets ou à cette intervention.
2. This Regulation shall not affect the continuation or modification, including the total or partial cancellation, of the projects concerned, until their closure, or of assistance approved by the Commission on the basis of Regulations (EC) No 2328/2003, (EC) No 861/2006, (EC) No 1198/2006, (EC) No 791/2007 and (EU) No 1255/2011 and Article 103 of Regulation (EC) No 1224/2009 or any other legislation applying to that assistance on 31 December 2013, which shall continue to apply to such projects or assistance.

Whereas skimmed milk powder should be remarketed under such conditions as will not disturb the balance of the market and the seasonal carry-over should be allowed to continue by means of a voluntary storage arrangement ; whereas a seasonal price difference is likely to encourage producers and users of skimmed milk powder to choose this kind of storage ; whereas account should be taken of these price movements during the milk year when the selling price of the product held by the intervention agencies is fixed;
