Conformément à l'article 3, paragraphe 2, du règlement, tant que leurs pouvoirs n'ont pas été vérifiés ou qu'il n'a pas été statué sur une contestation éventuelle, Francis Zammit Dimech, Dennis Radtke, Jonathan Bullock, France Jamet et Nosheena Mobarik siègent au Parlement européen et dans ses organes en pleine jouissance de leurs droits, à la condition qu'ils aient effectué au préalable la déclaration qu'ils n'exercent pas une fonction incompatible avec celle de député au Parlement européen.
Under Rule 3(2), until such time as their credentials had been verified or a ruling had been given on any dispute, and provided that they had previously made a written declaration stating that they did not hold any office incompatible with that of Member of the European Parliament, Francis Zammit Dimech, Dennis Radtke, Jonathan Bullock, France Jamet and Nosheena Mobarik would take their seats in Parliament and on its bodies and would enjoy all the rights attaching thereto.
