Conformément aux objectifs de la réforme, la Commission fera en sorte que l'Office puisse être consulté au stade de la préparation et lors des différentes étapes du processus décisionnel des initiatives législatives qui ont, directement ou indirectement, des conséquences sur la protection des intérêts financiers communautaires afin d'assurer une meilleure étanchéité à la fraude et à la corruption, en exploitant les enseignements tirés d'une bonne connaissance du terrain et des résultats du travail opérationnel.
In accordance with the objectives of the reform, the Commission will ensure that the Office may be consulted at the stage of preparation and at the various stages in the decision making process of all the legislative initiatives which have a direct or indirect impact on the protection of the Community's financial interests to ensure a better proofing against fraud and corruption by exploiting the lessons drawn from a good knowledge on the ground and the results of operational work.
