6. se déclare préoccupé par le clivage permanent et persistant des forces politiques albanaises, qui risque de torpiller les efforts d'intégration européenne; rappelle à la coalition dirigeante et à l'opposition qu'elles sont toutes les deux garantes, devant les citoyens, du dialogue politique stable, constructif et global qui ouvrira la voie à l'adoption et à la mise en œuvre des réformes clés; demande à la majorité au pouvoir et à l'opposition de poursuivre leurs efforts en vue d'instaurer un véritable dialogue politique et de coopérer de manière constructive;

Is concerned about the continuous and ongoing political polarisation in Albania, which could jeopardise further EU integration efforts; reminds the ruling coalition and the opposition of their shared responsibility towards the citizens for a sustainable, constructive and inclusive political dialogue that allows for the adoption and implementation of the key reforms; calls on the ruling majority and the opposition to pursue further efforts to establish genuine political dialogue and to cooperate in a constructive manner;
