En juillet 2012, la Commission a présenté un rapport relatif à l'évaluation globale des progrès réalisés par la Roumanie, cinq ans après le lancement du mécanisme de coopération et de vérification (MCV)[1]. Ce rapport indiquait qu'une grande partie des éléments constitutifs requis étaient en place et que le MCV avait contribué de manière notable aux réformes en Roumanie.
In July 2012, the European Commission reported with an overall assessment of Romania's progress, five years after the inception of the Cooperation and Verification Mechanism (CVM).[1] It noted that many of the building blocks required were in place, and that the CVM had made a major contribution to reform in Romania.
