TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Conformément à la communication de la Commission au Conseil et au Parlement européen du 19 septembre 2002 intitulée «Stratégie pour le développement durable de l’aquaculture européenne» et la communication de la Commission au Parlement européen, au Conseil, au Comité économique et social et au Comité des régions du 29 avril 2013 intitulée «Lignes directrices stratégiques pour le développement durable de l’aquaculture dans l’Union européenne», aux objectifs de la PCP et à la stratégie Europe 2020, le FEAMP devrait soutenir le développement durable de l’industrie aquacole d’un point de vue environnemental, économique et social.
In accordance with the Communication from the Commission to the Council and the European Parliament of 19 September 2002 entitled ‘A Strategy for the sustainable development of European aquaculture’ and the Communication from the Commission to the European Parliament, the Council, the European Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions of 29 April 2013 entitled ‘Strategic guidelines for the sustainable development of EU aquaculture’, the CFP objectives and the Europe 2020 strategy, the EMFF should support the environmentally, economically and socially sustainable development of the aquaculture industry.

[4] Dans sa résolution intitulée «Orientations concernant la valeur ajoutée et les bénéfices de la politique spatiale pour la sécurité des citoyens européens» (18232/11, Bruxelles, 6 décembre 2011), le Conseil a conclu «que la politique industrielle dans ce domaine devrait tenir compte des spécificités du secteur spatial et de l’intérêt marqué par l’ensemble des États membres pour des investissements dans des moyens spatiaux, tout en visant à réaliser les objectifs communs suivants: soutenir la capacité européenne de concevoir, de mettre au point, de lancer, de faire fonctionner et d’exploiter des systèmes spatiaux; renforcer la compétitivité de l’industrie européenne tant sur le marché intérieur qu’à l’exportation; et promouvoir la concurrence ainsi qu’un développement et une mobilisation équilibrée des capacités européennes».

The Union’s financial contribution to the BBI Joint Undertaking should be managed in accordance with the principle of sound financial management and with the relevant rules on indirect management set out in Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council (7) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 1268/2012 (8).

The Council should decide on the endorsement of the European Air Traffic Management Master Plan, including its transfer to the Joint Undertaking, to modernise air traffic management in Europe, and should in this context also review the financing of the SESAR project and in particular the pledges of contributions from industry to the Joint Undertaking.

(3) Afin de satisfaire les besoins de la dimension culturelle dans l'Union européenne, la Communauté tient compte des aspects dans son action au titre d'autres dispositions du traité que l'article 151, afin notamment de respecter et de promouvoir la diversité de ses cultures; dans ce contexte, la Commission devrait encourager la diffusion d'informations concernant les possibilités des industries de la culture dans les Fonds structuels, conformément au règlement (CE) n° 1260/1999 du Conseil du 21 juin 1999 portant dispositions générales sur les Fonds structurels(4), et effectuer des études à cette fin.
(3) With a view to meeting the needs of the cultural dimension in the European Union, the Community has to take cultural aspects into account in its action under provisions of the Treaty other than Article 151, in particular in order to respect and to promote the diversity of its cultures; in this context, the Commission should encourage the dissemination of information about the opportunities for the cultural industries in the Structural Funds, in accordance with Council Regulation (EC) No 1260/1999 of 21 June 1999 laying down general provisions on the Structural Funds(4), and undertake studies to that end.
