Afin de donner plus de visibilité au Conseil hongrois au niveau européen mais aussi de renforcer leur coopération, Henri Malosse a invité son Conseil hongrois à mener de futures négociations à Bruxelles et de signer conjointement un rapport basé sur la mise en œuvre de valeurs communes.
Mr Malosse is very keen to move these issues higher up the European agenda and, in a bid to boost cooperation on this front, he has invited the president of the Hungarian Council to further negotiations in Brussels and offered to work with him to draft a report on practical common values.

À cet égard, le Conseil d'association a engagé la Hongrie à intensifier les consultations avec les pays voisins concernés au sujet de la loi sur les Hongrois vivant dans les pays voisins, qui a été adoptée par le parlement hongrois en juin 2001.
