Le 14 juillet 2015, la Chine, la France, l'Allemagne, la Fédération de Russie, le Royaume-Uni et les États-Unis, avec le soutien du haut représentant de l'Union pour les affaires étrangères et la politique de sécurité, se sont mis d'accord avec l'Iran pour prolonger la mise en œuvre des mesures figurant dans le plan d'action conjoint pour permettre de procéder aux arrangements et aux préparatifs nécessaires à la mise en œuvre du plan d'action global conjoint.
On 14 July 2015, China, France, Germany, the Russian Federation, the United Kingdom and the United States, supported by the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, agreed with Iran to extend the implementation of the measures of the Joint Plan of Action to allow for the necessary arrangements and preparations for the implementation of the JCPOA.

Welcomes the action plan for climate diplomacy, which states that the EEAS, the Commission and the Member States must together implement a strategic, coherent and cohesive climate diplomacy plan throughout 2015; stresses that the Foreign Affairs Council conclusions of July 2011 and June 2013 endorsed the joint EEAS and Commission non-papers, which identified three strands of action for climate diplomacy, and that the action plan must form an integral part of this strategy; highlights the crucial role that the EEAS can play in promoting EU positions ahead of and during the Paris Climate Conference and in creating mutual understanding between all parties involved regarding how to gain international support for climate-resilient development;

– (EN) Voici la question au sujet de la PAC. Le Conseil rappelle que, dans le contexte de l’accord politique atteint lors du bilan de santé de la PAC au Conseil le 20 novembre de l’année dernière, il a été accordé dans la déclaration conjointe du Conseil et de la Commission que, dans le cadre des discussions entamées à Annecy, en France, le 23 septembre au sujet de l’avenir de la PAC après 2013 et sans porter préjudice à la nouvelle perspective financière durant cette période, le Conseil et la Commission s’engagent à examiner de près les possibilités relatives à l’élaboration de versements directs dans la Communauté et à s’occuper des différents niveaux de versement direct entre les États membres.
The Council recalls that, in the context of the political agreement reached on the CAP health check in the Council on 20 November last year, it was agreed in the joint Council and Commission declaration that, in the framework of the discussions that started in Annecy in France on 23 September on the future of CAP after 2013 and without prejudice to the new financial perspective for that period, the Council and the Commission are committed to closely examining the possibilities for the development of direct payments in the Community and addressing the different levels of direct payment between the Member States.
