J'espère que les députés de l'Alliance canadienne, comme ceux la majorité ministérielle et comme mes collègues du Parti progressiste-conservateur—qui seront réunis en fin de semaine en congrès plénier—savent bien qu'il y a un attachement profond et viscéral à la démocratie au Québec.
I hope Canadian Alliance members, government members and Progressive Conservative members—who will hold their convention this weekend—are well aware that there is a deep, fundamental attachment to democracy in Quebec.
