Considers it regrettable that, although President Juncker’s political guidelines provide for ‘a proposal for a more efficient external representation of our Economic and Monetary Union’ to be taken ‘during the first year of (the) mandate’, the 2015 Work Programme did not provide details on this, and asks that it be included for 2016; calls on the Commission to use its right of initiative in accordance with Article 138(2) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union and to propose ‘appropriate measures to ensure unified representation of the eurozone within the international financial institutions and conferences’;

Je veux parler de l’article 99 du traité - qui est d’ailleurs également repris dans le projet de Constitution - et qui prévoit que les États membres peuvent, sur la base d’une proposition, mieux coordonner leurs positions au sein des institutions financières et des conférences financières internationales.
