3. For the purposes of this Regulation, the situation of a minor who is accompanying the asylum seeker and meets the definition of a family member set out in Article 2, point (i) shall be indissociable from that of his parent or guardian and shall be a matter for the Member State responsible for examining the application for asylum ð international protection ï of that parent or guardian, even if the minor is not individually an asylum seeker ð , provided that this is in his/her best interests ï.

(36 bis) Lorsqu'ils décident du droit aux prestations prévues dans la présente directive, les États membres devraient tenir dûment compte de l'intérêt supérieur de l'enfant ainsi que des situations individuelles de dépendance vis-à-vis du bénéficiaire d'une protection internationale des parents proches qui se trouvent déjà dans l'État membre et ne sont pas des membres de la famille des bénéficiaires d'une protection internationale.
(36a) When deciding on entitlements to the benefits included in this Directive, Member States should take due account of the best interests of the child as well as of the particular circumstances of the dependency on the beneficiary of international protection of close relatives who are already present in the Member State and who are not family members of beneficiaries of international protection.

For the purposes of this Regulation, the situation of a minor who is accompanying the asylum seeker and meets the definition of a family member set out in Article 2║(i) shall be indissociable from that of his/her parent or guardian and shall be a matter for the Member State responsible for examining the application for international protection of that parent or guardian, even if the minor is not individually an asylum seeker, provided that this is in his/her best interests.

4. invite la FIFA et les industries d'articles de sport concernées: à s'assurer qu'aucun enfant n'est employé dans la fabrication de ballons ou de vêtements autorisés par la FIFA, à appliquer le code FIFA des conditions de travail approuvé en 1996 par la FIFA, la Confédération internationale des syndicats libres, l'ITGLF et la Fédération internationale des employés, techniciens et cadres (FIET devenue UNI) et à s'accorder sur un système transparent, crédible et indépendant pour le contrôle et la vérification des conditions de fabrication dans l'industrie du football;
4. Calls on FIFA and the sporting goods companies concerned to make sure that no child is employed in the production of FIFA-licensed sportswear and footballs, implement the FIFA Code of Labour Practice that was agreed upon by FIFA, the International Confederation of Free Trade Unions, ITGLF and the International Federation of Commercial, Clerical, Professional and Technical Employees (now UNI) in 1996, and agree on a transparent, credible and independent system for the monitoring and verification of production in the football industry;

4. Calls on FIFA and the sporting goods companies concerned to a) make sure that no child is employed in the production of FIFA-licensed sportswear and footballs b) implement the FIFA Code of Labour Practice that was agreed upon by FIFA, ICFTU, ITGLF and FIET (now UNI) in 1996 and c) agree on a transparent, credible and independent system for the monitoring and verification of production in the football industry;
