Je souhaiterais par ailleurs souligner que cette directive sert aux États membres qui se conforment aujourd’hui déjà avec assiduité à des objectifs et possèdent leurs propres systèmes, et que nous mettons tout en œuvre pour que ces États membres, et je pense par exemple aux Pays-Bas ou à la Belgique, puissent conserver les systèmes qu’ils ont élaborés.
I would like to draw your attention to the fact that this directive serves those Member States which are already working hard, achieving targets and have built up systems and that we are anxious that those Member States, and I particularly have in mind countries such as the Netherlands and Belgium, should be able to keep their existing systems.
