Je voudrais également mentionner qu’il y a un peu moins d’un an, la France a conclu avec la Colombie un accord portant notamment sur la foresterie. Il existe donc, entre le Parlement et le Conseil de ministres, un conflit auquel nous ne survivrons pas longtemps.
