1. Les États membres prévoient qu'un transfert, par des autorités compétentes, de données à caractère personnel qui font ou sont destinées à faire l'objet d'un traitement après leur transfert vers un pays tiers ou à une organisation internationale, y compris des transferts ultérieurs vers un autre pays tiers ou à une autre organisation internationale, n'a lieu, sous réserve du respect des dispositions nationales adoptées en application d'autres dispositions de la présente directive, que lorsque les conditions définies dans le présent chapitre sont respectées, à savoir:

Where a Member State grants aid allegedly exempted from the notification requirement under this Regulation without fulfilling the conditions set out in Chapters I to III, the Commission may, after having provided the Member State concerned with the possibility to make its views known, adopt a decision stating that all or some of the future aid measures adopted by the Member State concerned which would otherwise fulfil the requirements of this Regulation, are to be notified to the Commission in accordance with Article 108(3) of the Treaty.

4. If the group-level resolution authority, after consulting the other members of the resolution college, assesses that the resolution actions or other measures notified in accordance with point (b) of paragraph 1 of this Article, would make it likely that the conditions laid down in Article 32 or 33 would be satisfied in relation to a group entity in another Member State, the group-level resolution authority shall, no later than 24 hours after receiving the notification under paragraph 1, propose a group resolution scheme and submit it to the resolution college.
