Néanmoins, les exploitations et les compartiments situés en Belgique et au Danemark satisfaisant aux conditions d'hébergement contrôlées le 1er juin 2014 doivent être autorisés à appliquer la dérogation prévue pour les exploitations et compartiments de ce type sans devoir remplir des conditions préalables additionnelles telles que des exigences supplémentaires de reconnaissance postofficielle par l'autorité compétente.

2. Les exploitations ou les compartiments qui, conformément à l'article 3, paragraphe 3, point c), appliquent des conditions d'hébergement contrôlées en Belgique ou au Danemark au 1er juin 2014 sont réputés être officiellement reconnus comme exploitations ou compartiments appliquant les conditions d'hébergement contrôlées mentionnées à l'annexe IV.
2. Holdings or a compartment applying controlled housing conditions in Belgium or Denmark, in accordance with Article 3(3)(c), on 1 June 2014 shall be considered to be officially recognised as applying controlled housing conditions as listed in Annex IV.

Le règlement (UE) no 216/2014 de la Commission (4) modifiant le règlement (CE) no 2075/2005 fixe les exigences que doivent respecter les exploitants du secteur alimentaire pour obtenir la reconnaissance officielle d'exploitation appliquant des conditions d'hébergement contrôlées et il accorde une dérogation aux dispositions sur les tests lors de l'abattage aux exploitations qui ont obtenu cette reconnaissance.
Commission Regulation (EU) No 216/2014 (4) amending Regulation (EC) No 2075/2005 provides for requirements that must be met by food business operators to obtain official recognition of holdings applying controlled housing conditions and grants derogation from testing provisions at slaughter to such holdings.
