(68) Afin d’établir les conditions détaillées de la reconnaissance du statut «indemne de maladie», il convient de conférer à la Commission le pouvoir d’adopter des actes conformément à l’article 290 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne en ce qui concerne les critères d’obtention de ce statut, les éléments nécessaires pour prouver l’absence de la maladie, les mesures spéciales de prévention et de lutte contre celle-ci, les restrictions, les informations à fournir, les dérogations, ainsi que les conditions du maintien, de la suspension, du retrait ou du rétablissement du statut «indemne de maladie».
(68) In order to lay down the detailed conditions for the recognition of disease-free status, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union should be delegated to the Commission in respect of the criteria for obtaining such status, the evidence needed to substantiate freedom from disease, special disease prevention and control measures, restrictions, information to be provided, derogations, and conditions for the maintenance, suspension, withdrawal or restoration of disease-free status.
