La Commission souhaite cependant proposer à brève échéance un tel cadre, par exemple sous la forme d'une communication sur le financement des aéroports, permettant aux États membres, aux collectivités publiques et aux gestionnaires publics ou privés d'aéroports d'inscrire leurs relations dans un environnement concurrentiel cohérent à l'échelon européen.
The Commission wishes, however, to propose such a framework soon, for example in the form of a communication on the financing of airports, which will allow the Member States, the public authorities and public or private airport managers to place their relationship in a coherent, competitive environment at European level.
