Aux fins de l’adoption de décisions sur l’accord du cumul de l’origine entre un PTOM et un pays avec lequel l’Union a conclu et applique un accord de libre-échange, sur des dérogations au système des exportateurs enregistrés, ainsi qu’en matière de dérogation temporaire aux dispositions de l’annexe VI, il convient de déléguer à la Commission le pouvoir d’adopter des actes conformément à l’article 290 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union européenne pour ce qui est de l’annexe VI de la présente décision.
In order to adopt decisions concerning the granting of cumulation of origin between an OCT and a country with which the Union has concluded and is applying a free trade agreement, derogations from the registered exporters system and temporary derogations from the provisions of Annex VI, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union should be delegated to the Commission in respect of Annex VI to this Decision .

2. Tout contrat conclu entre un exportateur de données et un importateur de données en vertu de la décision 2002/16/CE avant le 15 mai 2010 reste en vigueur dans son intégralité aussi longtemps que les transferts et les activités de traitement de données faisant l’objet du contrat restent inchangés et que les données à caractère personnel couvertes par la présente décision continuent d’être transférées entre les parties.
2. A contract concluded between a data exporter and a data importer pursuant to Decision 2002/16/EC before 15 May 2010 shall remain in force and effect for as long as the transfers and data-processing operations that are the subject matter of the contract remain unchanged and personal data covered by this Decision continue to be transferred between the parties.
