With regard to Article 99 of Law No 32/2000, Article 12(2) and (4) of Law No 15/2004 increased the number of potential beneficiaries of the measures provided for, by including undertakings that do not belong to organisations and that assume the burden of administrative expenses linked to the provision of a guarantee, and laid down that, for the 2000-06 period, the maximum amount earmarked for the measures under the Article was EUR 20 000 000.
