Furthermore, certain measures could be considered in order to ensure that the High Representative can more effectively fulfil his role, including: - strengthening of coordination structures between the High Representative and the main implementation agencies, with the full association of the Union through, in particular, the presence of the Commission's offices in the area, with a view to enhancing the efficiency of their activities - a commitment by individual donor countries and international organisations to take account of recommendations of the High Representative - the development of a network of representation outside Sarajevo, recognising that there is a growing need for the work of the High Representative to be carried out also on a regional level.
