Les informations à publier au Journal officiel de l’Union européenne à la réception d'une notification (26) sont les suivantes: les noms des parties à la concentration, leur pays d’origine, la nature de la concentration et les secteurs économiques concernés, ainsi que l'indication du fait que, sur la base des informations fournies par la partie notifiante, la concentration est susceptible de bénéficier d'une procédure simplifiée.
The information to be published in the Official Journal of the European Union upon receipt of a notification (26) will include: the names of the parties to the concentration, their country of origin, the nature of the concentration and the economic sectors involved, as well as an indication that, on the basis of the information provided by the notifying party, the concentration may qualify for a simplified procedure.
