On the other hand, even if this investment-incentive scheme will be phased out by July 2018, the liberalisation of Russian tariffs on the automobiles and their components will be slow and the survival of the above-mentioned TRIMs will continue to give incentives to European car manufacturers to maintain or develop their production in Russia.
