Le NEPAD comporte dix thèmes prioritaires dont les plus importants sont: la bonne gouvernance publique, la bonne gouvernance de l’économie privée, les infrastructures - dont ont connaît l’importance - l’éducation et la santé aussi, bien sûr, l’agriculture, l’environnement, l’énergie, et enfin, l’accès, difficile, aux marchés des pays développés.
NEPAD consists of ten priority themes, the most important of which are good public governance, good governance of the private sector, infrastructure – and we know how important that is – education and health too of course, agriculture, the environment, energy, and, finally, access to markets in the developed countries, something which is difficult at present.

Ce thème à été traité dans le rapport élaboré par Gerard COLLINS (UEN, IRL), adopté en première lecture le 14 juin 2001 et comportant dix amendements qui avaient trait principalement à la protection des informations transmises ainsi que des noms des personnes et des entreprises, aux procédures applicables lorsque l'événement notifié résulte d'une négligence grave, à la cohérence avec les exigences en matière de comptes rendus techniques fixées par l'OACI et aux rapports devant être présentés par la Commission.
The subject was addressed in the Gerard COLLINS (UEN, IRL) report, adopted at first reading on 14 June 2001 and containing 10 amendments, mainly on protection of the information passed and the names of individual persons and undertakings, on proceedings where the reported occurrence was the result of an act of gross negligence, on consistency with the ICAO's technical reporting requirements and on the reports to be submitted by the Commission.
