Je n'ai pas de solution à proposer à ce problème très difficile mais il serait peut-être utile d'envisager un concept où, idéalement, il n'y aurait qu'une seule porte d'entrée, par laquelle les différentes personnes qui se présentent feraient l'objet d'une évaluation complète puis seraient dès le début mises en contact avec un travailleur social.
I do not have the solution to this very difficult problem, but it might help if we look at a construct where ideally there would be one door, through which the different people presenting there would benefit from a full assessment, and from being connected from a very early start to a social worker.
