The Joint Undertaking is now seeking to attract additional members from across Europe (as well as countries associated to the Horizon 2020 Framework Programme ) that would be ready to commit, altogether, to a contribution of at least €200 million, with a view to achieving the ambitious objectives set out in the draft Shift2Rail strategic Master Plan, which was approved by the Governing Board of the Joint Undertaking on 24 September 2014 and will be submitted to the Council for endorsement.

Le Conseil cherche désormais en particulier à trouver un accord rapide sur l’adoption des quatre premiers règlements sur les initiatives communes en matière de technologie: ARTEMIS (systèmes informatiques embarqués), IMI (initiative en matière de médicaments innovants), Clean Sky (aéronautique et transport aérien) et ENIAC (technologies nanoélectriques).
The Council is now in particular seeking rapid agreement on the approval of the first four regulations on the joint technology initiatives: ARTEMIS (embedded computing systems), IMI (innovative medicines initiatives), Clean Sky (aeronautics and air transport), and ENIAC (nanoelectric technologies).
