2. La Communauté verse une contribution financière égale à celle des États participants, mais n’excédant pas 200 millions EUR pour la durée du septième programme-cadre, prélevée sur les crédits inscrits au budget général de l’Union européenne, conformément aux principes énoncés aux annexes I et II, qui font partie intégrante de la présente décision.
2. The Community shall, for the duration of the Seventh Framework Programme and in accordance with the principles set out in Annexes I and II which form an integral part of this Decision, make a financial contribution matching that of the participating States but not exceeding EUR 200 million, to be paid from the appropriations of the general budget of the European Union.

2. La Communauté verse une contribution financière correspondant au maximum à un tiers des contributions effectives des États membres participants et des autres pays participants avec un plafond de 100 000 000 EUR pour la durée du septième programme-cadre, conformément aux principes énoncés à l’annexe I.
2. The Community shall pay a financial contribution amounting to the equivalent of a maximum of one third of the effective contributions of the participating Member States and the other participating countries, within a ceiling of EUR 100 million for the duration of the Seventh Framework Programme, in accordance with the principles set out in Annex I.
