Topolánszky souligne qu'il importe d'associer représentants de la société civile et partenaires sociaux de l'échelon local à la consultation relative aux politiques, à la formulation de celles-ci ainsi qu'à leur mise en œuvre, et il insiste notamment sur "le besoin vital d'associer activement des représentants et des membres du peuple et des communautés roms" à ce processus.
Mr Topolánszky emphasised the importance to involve local civil society representatives and social partners in policy consultation, formulation and implementation, and particularly stressed "the vital need to actively involve representatives and members of the Roma people and communities" in this process.
