IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

La contribution financière de la Communauté à ces nouveaux projets s'élève à plus de 1,1 milliard d'euros sur un coût total de 2,3 milliards d'euros, qui sera cofinancé par les États bénéficiaires de l'ISPA [1] et des institutions financières internationales.

2. La coopération dans ce domaine comporte notamment une assistance administrative et technique en vue d'adopter des normes appropriées de lutte contre le blanchiment de l'argent, comparables à celles adoptées en la matière par la Communauté et les instances internationales actives dans ce domaine, et en particulier le groupe d'action financière internationale (GAFI).
2. Cooperation in this area shall include administrative and technical assistance with a view to establishing standards against money laundering equivalent to those adopted by the Community and international fora in this field, including the Financial Action Task Force (FATF).

À la demande de l’Albanie et en cas de besoin particulier, la Communauté peut examiner, en coordination avec les institutions financières internationales, la possibilité d’accorder, à titre exceptionnel, une aide financière macroéconomique soumise à certaines conditions, en tenant compte de toutes les ressources financières disponibles.
At the request of Albania and in case of special need, the Community could examine in coordination with international financial institutions, the possibility of granting on an exceptional basis macro-financial assistance subject to certain conditions and taking into account the availability of all financial resources.

1. Assistance under this Regulation may, inter alia, finance investments, procurement contracts, grants including interest rate subsidies, special loans, loan guarantees and financial assistance, budgetary support, and other specific forms of budgetary aid, and the contribution to the capital of international financial institutions or the regional development banks to the extent that the financial risk of the Community is limited to the amount of these funds.

2. La coopération dans ce domaine comporte notamment une assistance administrative et technique en vue d’adopter et de mettre en œuvre des normes appropriées de lutte contre le blanchiment de l’argent, comparables à celles adoptées en la matière par la Communauté et les instances internationales actives dans ce domaine, et en particulier le groupe d’action financière internationale (GAFI).

At the request of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and in case of special need, the Community could examine in coordination with international financial institutions, the possibility of granting on an exceptional basis macro-financial assistance subject to certain conditions taking into account the availability of all financial resources.

The financial resources provided for in this Agreement may be applied, at the request of the ACP States, to co-financing undertaken in particular with development agencies and institutions, Community Member States, ACP States, third countries or international or private financial institutions, firms or export credit agencies.
