Dans le contexte du présent rapport, il convient de souligner que les réalisations intervenues dans le domaine de la protection pénale des intérêts financiers des Communautés européennes constituent un exemple de ce qui pourrait être fait également pour d'autres secteurs importants qui exigent une coopération judiciaire interétatique au niveau européen (lutte contre le trafic de drogues, traite d'êtres humains, trafics d'armes, par exemple).
What needs to be stressed in the present report is that the achievements in the field of the protection of the Community's financial interest stand as an example of what can be done in other major sectors where inter-state judicial cooperation is needed at European level (the fight against drug trafficking, trade in human beings and arms trafficking, for example).
