L'approbation par la Communauté devrait avoir lieu avant la prochaine réunion ministérielle OSPAR de Bergen, en Norvège (20 - 24 septembre 2010), c'est-à-dire si possible avant le 1juin 2010.
The Community instruments should be deposited before the next OSPAR Ministerial Meeting in Bergen, Norway (20-24 September 2010) and thus if possible by 1 June 2010.

To ensure, in addition, respect for the international obligations of the Community, and solidarity and energy security within the Community, the Commission should have the right to give an opinion on certification in relation to a transmission system owner or a transmission system operator which is controlled by a person or persons from a third country or third countries.

17. Notes that the Community currently pays a balancing contribution equivalent to some 57% of the annual cost of the European Schools system, whereas the Member States contribute 22%; believes, therefore, that the Commission, as representative of the Communities, should have voting rights on the Board of Governors more in line with the Communities' contribution to the budget, and that the Commission must report to the European Parliament following each meeting of the Board of Governors;

(10) Dans l'esprit du sixième programme-cadre, la Communauté devrait avoir le droit de se prononcer sur les conditions d'une contribution financière en relation avec la participation d'autres pays au programme EDCTP dans le courant de son exécution, conformément aux règles et conditions énoncées dans la présente décision.
(10) In the spirit of the sixth framework programme, the Community should have the right to agree the conditions for its financial contribution to the EDCTP Programme in proportion to the participation therein of other countries, in the course of its implementation, in accordance with the rules and conditions set out in this Decision.
