considérant que le règlement (CEE) n° 2210/80 du Conseil du 27 juin 1980 concernant la conclusion de l'accord entre la Communauté économique européenne et le gouvernement de la Suède relatif à certaines mesures destinées à promouvoir la reproduction du saumon dans la mer Baltique (1), prévoit que la contribution communautaire est égale aux coûts réels encourus par les autorités suédoises pour l'élevage, l'identification et la mise à l'eau de la quantité de tacons nécessaire à la production d'une quantité de saumon égale au quota non réciproque alloué à la Communauté dans la zone de pêche suédoise pour l'année en cours de laquelle l'aide financière doit être accordée;
Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 2210/80 of 27 June 1980 on the conclusion of an Agreement between the European Community and the Government of Sweden relating to certain measures intended to promote the reproduction of salmon in the Baltic Sea (1) provides that the amount of the Community contribution must be equal to the actual costs to the Swedish authorities of breeding, tagging and releasing the quantity of smolt necessary to produce a quantity of salmon equal to the non-reciprocal quota allocated to the Community in the Swedish fishery zone for the year during which the contribution is to be granted;

1. a) Toute mise en libre pratique dans la Communauté de saumon atlantique relevant des codes NC ex 0302 12 00, ex 0303 22 00, ex 0304 10 13 et ex 0304 20 13 est soumise à la condition que le prix franco frontière soit au moins égal au prix minimal à l'importation repris en annexe.
1 (a) The release for free circulation in the Community of Atlantic salmon falling within CN codes ex 0302 12 00, ex 0303 22 00, ex 0304 10 13 and ex 0304 20 13 shall be subject to the condition that the free-at-frontier price must be no less than the minimum import price given in the Annex hereto.

considérant que des saumons sont pêchés en mer conformément aux recommandations de la commission internationale des pêches de la mer Baltique et exportés vers la Communauté en quantités certes faibles par rapport au marché communautaire, mais significatives sur le plan du commerce d'exportation des pays concernés; que les prix de ces produits sont habituellement inférieurs aux prix minimaux à l'importation, fixés par le présent règlement; qu'il convient de prendre des mesures pour donner à ces produits un accès permanent au marché communautaire; que, en conséquence, le prix minimal ne doit pas s'appliquer à l'importation de ces produits,
Whereas some salmon is fished at sea in accordance with the recommendations made by the International Baltic Sea Fishery Commission and exported to the Community in quantities small in relation to the Community market but significant in terms of the export trade of the fishing countries concerned; whereas prices for these products are customarily below the minimum import prices set by the present Regulation; whereas, steps should be taken to give these products continued access to the Community market; whereas, accordingly, the minimum price should not apply to imports of these products,
