TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Conformément à l'article 27, paragraphe 5, et à l'annexe IV, point h), de l'accord de stabilisation et d'association entre les Communautés européennes et leurs États membres, d'une part, et la République de Croatie, d'autre part , modifié par le protocole approuvé par la décision 2006/882/CE du Conseil du 13 Novembre 2006 , la Communauté applique l'accès en franchise de droits aux importations dans la Communauté des produits originaires de Croatie relevant des positions 1701 et 1702 de la nomenclature combinée, dans la limite d'une quantité annuelle de 180 000 tonnes (poids net).
Pursuant to Article 27(5) of and Annex IV(h) to the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Croatia, of the other part , as amended by the Protocol approved by Council Decision (EC) No 2006/882/EC of 13 November 2006 , the Community is to allow duty-free access for imports into the Community of products originating in Croatia falling within CN codes 1701 and 1702, within the limit of an annual quantity of 180 000 tonnes (net weight).

The Council adopted a Decision approving an Agreement between the Community and Morocco on reciprocal liberalisation measures and the replacement of protocols to the ECMorocco Association Agreement regarding Community imports of agricultural products from Morocco, imports of tomatoes into the Community and Moroccan imports of agricultural products from the Community.

The Council adopted a Decision on the conclusion of an Agreement in the form of an exchange of letters concerning reciprocal liberalisation measures and the replacement of Protocols N° 1 (imports into the Community of agricultural products originating in Israel) and 2 (imports into Israel of agricultural products originating in the Community) to the EC-Israel Association Agreement.

À la lumière de cet objectif et compte tenu de la rédaction des dispositions de la directive, la Cour considère que le législateur communautaire n'a pas voulu étendre l'interdiction de commercialiser dans la Communauté des produits du tabac dont l'emballage comporte des éléments descriptifs interdits aux produits du tabac emballés dans la Communauté et destinés à la commercialisation dans des pays tiers.
In the light of that objective and having regard to the wording of the Directive's provisions, the Court considers that the Community legislature did not intend to extend the ban on marketing within the Community tobacco products the packaging of which carries prohibited descriptive terms to tobacco products packaged within the Community for export to non-member countries.

En vue d'assurer la transparence du marché au bénéfice de la production sardinière communautaire et du consommateur, le projet de norme prévoit notamment l'exclusion, sous la dénomination conserves de sardines, de la commercialisation dans la Communauté des produits fabriqués à partir de poissons autres que la sardine ("sardina pilchardus Walbaum") ainsi que des produits qui ne contiennent pas une quantité de poisson supérieure à un niveau minimum.
In order to ensure market transparency in the interests both of Community sardine producers and of consumers, the draft Regulation provides that products made from fish other than sardines (Sardina pilchardus Walbaum) and products whose fish content is below a certain level may not be marketed in the Community as "preserved sardines".
