Mais le problème fondamental reste le même: voulons-nous oui ou non communautariser la question des Roms et la solution que nous devons apporter aux problèmes liés aux Roms, et communautariser également les efforts déployés par l’Europe pour faire face au flux migratoire épique en provenance du Sud?
