Question : y a-t-il un État en Europe ou une région du monde, les États-Unis, par exemple, qui ait déjà mis en place l’espace judiciaire unique et ait fait efficacement obstacle au blanchiment de l’argent sale ? Ou bien, se pourrait-il qu’au nom d’un réel problème, nous cherchions à encourager la communautarisation d’institutions vitales, liées à l’indépendance nationale et à la souveraineté populaire des États membres ?
What I should like to know is if there is a country in Europe or area in the world, such as the USA, which already has a single area of justice and which has effectively combated the problem of money laundering, or are we endeavouring, ostensibly in order to combat a real problem, to communitise crucial institutions which are bound up with the national independence and grass-roots sovereignty of the Member States?
