Pour ces raisons, l’initiative de la Commission méritait totalement notre soutien, même avec l’adoption des amendements proposés par la commission des affaires juridiques. Il est vain, en effet, de continuer à imposer aux petites entreprises des exigences compliquées en matière d’information financière.
The Commission’s initiative was, therefore, fully deserving of support, even with the adoption of the amendments proposed by the Committee on Legal Affairs, for there is no point in maintaining complicated reporting requirements in the case of small enterprises.
