Action 9. La Commission travaillera activement avec les pouvoirs publics et les organisations représentatives des coopératives, particulièrement dans les nouveaux États membres, afin d'assurer une amélioration de la législation sur les coopératives; à cet effet, la Commission insiste également sur le devoir, incombant à tous les États membres, de l'informer et de s'informer mutuellement lorsqu'ils élaborent une nouvelle législation dans ce domaine, avant l'adoption des textes correspondants.
Action 9. The Commission will work actively with public authorities and co-operative organisations, especially in the new Member States, to ensure improvements of co-operative legislation; to that end the Commission also insists on all Member States' duty to inform each other and the Commission when drafting and before adopting new legislation in the area.
