La Commission favorisera donc l'établissement d'un partenariat basé sur la reconnaissance mutuelle et réciproque des mesures de sûreté et de contrôle avec l'ensemble de ses partenaires internationaux, dont les Etats Unis d'Amérique, afin de favoriser un flux harmonieux et sûr du commerce maritime mondial.
The Commission will therefore encourage the establishment of partnership based on mutual and reciprocal recognition of security and control measures with all its international partners, including the USA, so as to promote the harmonious and secure flow of world maritime trade.
