À la fin de l’année 2010, la Commission exposera, dans un rapport présenté au Parlement européen et au Conseil, les résultats de la mise en œuvre du plan d’action ainsi que ses propositions d'action future dans ce domaine (y compris concernant le statut du groupe d'experts) afin de déterminer s’il est nécessaire d'élaborer un instrument juridique en matière de statistiques de l’UE sur la criminalité et la justice pénale.
At the end of 2010, the Commission will prepare a report to the European Parliament and the Council on achievements in the implementation of the Action Plan and outline proposals for future work in the area (including the status of the expert group) in the context of examining the need of a legal instrument on European Union statistics on crime and criminal justice.
