2. The Board shall gazette a notice in form D, describing the land by metes and bounds or otherwise, and stating that it has been compulsorily purchased by the Board and the amount of compensation money that the Board is willing to pay, whereupon the land as described shall by such gazetting and by force of this Act become and remain vested in the Board as for an estate of fee simple in possession or, in the province of Quebec, in the Board as absolute owner, and in any event freed and discharged from all other estates and from all encumbrances, liens, claims and interests whatever, and as effectually as if it had been conveyed by deed or conveyance of all persons entitled to any interest therein, but compensation, ascertained as in this Part provided, shall be paid therefor.

Calls upon the Commission to clarify the role and background of its special advisors, make their curriculum vitae publicly available and clearly define what constitutes linked interests or a conflict of interests; considers that no special adviser who has a conflict of interests may be employed by the European institutions; calls upon the Commission to clarify the exact purposes of its high level and expert groups and set guidelines for ensuring a balanced representation of diverse sectors of society and different nationalities; stresses that no expert who has a conflict of interests may be a member of a committee of experts; calls upon the Commission to publish on its websites a searchable register of all groups’ membership, including comitology committees, their meeting agendas and documents, and to ensure transparency for the establishment of new such groups;

101. se déclare particulièrement satisfait que, dans le cadre de l'Initiative européenne en matière de transparence et conformément à la nouvelle réglementation sur les Fonds structurels pour la période 2007–2013, les États membres soient tenus de communiquer les informations concernant les bénéficiaires des financements communautaires et que la Commission ait l'obligation de publier ces informations; demande à la Commission de publier toutes ces informations et celles concernant les bénéficiaires de toutes les autres politiques de l'Union de manière à les rendre facilement accessibles, y compris pour le grand public, et de permettre de comparer les informations des différents États membres;
101. Is particularly pleased at the fact that, in connection with the European Transparency Initiative and pursuant to the new rules governing the Structural Funds for the 2007-2013 period, Member States will be required to provide information concerning the beneficiaries of Community funding and the Commission will be required to make such information public; calls on the Commission to publish all this information and information on beneficiaries from all other Union's policies in such a away that it is easily accessible, including for the wider public, and to ensure that information from different Member-States can be compared;

Welcomes the Commission's intention to publish annual reports on EU-Macau relations and requests the Commission to issue its first report within three months following the adoption of Parliament's resolution, so as to provide an updated evaluation of the situation in Macau, in the expectation that it will provide a firm basis for the consolidation of relations between the European Union and Macau and clearly signal the importance of Macau's autonomy;
