IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

1. Where resolution action involves the granting of State aid pursuant to Article 107(1) TFEU or of Fund aid in accordance with paragraph 3 of this Article, the adoption of the resolution scheme under Article 18(6) of this Regulation shall not take place until such time as the Commission has adopted a positive or conditional decision concerning the compatibility of the use of such aid with the internal market.

3. 7. se félicite que, donnant suite aux recommandations qu'il avait faites dans sa résolution de décharge susmentionnée pour 1998, la Commission ait présenté une proposition de décision du Conseil fixant les lignes directrices techniques pluriannuelles pour le programme de recherche du Fonds de recherche du charbon et de l'acier , ait publié en 2000 une évaluation quinquennale de la RDT (recherche et développement technologique) "Acier” de la CECA, élaborée par un groupe de consultants indépendants spécialisés dans la recherche scientifique, industrielle et sociale appliquée, et publie aujourd'hui des critères au regard desquels les projets de recherche "Acier” de la CECA sont sélectionnés, suivis et évalués;
7. Welcomes the fact that, in line with the recommendations made by Parliament in the abovementioned 1998 discharge resolution, the Commission has presented a proposal for a Council decision laying down the multiannual technical guidelines for the research programme of the Coal and Steel Research Fund , published in 2000 a "five year assessment” of the ECSC Steel RTD (Research and Technological Development) drawn up by a panel of independent consultants specialised in applied scientific, industrial and social research, and now publishes criteria against which ECSC steel research projects are selected, monitored and appraised;

C'est pourquoi je salue le fait que la Commission ait présenté un rapport sur ces problèmes importants et qu'elle ait mis à contribution le groupe de haut niveau qui est en charge de ces problèmes et de la création d'un ciel unique européen.
So I welcome the fact that the Commission has submitted a report on these important subjects and that a High Level Group was set up to consider the problems of establishing a single European sky.
