À cet égard, il est nécessaire pour les deux parties de prévoir les éventuels effets négatifs à court terme du démantèlement tarifaire progressif et de la libéralisation commerciale auxquels devra s'attaquer résolument le Maroc en vue d'obtenir compensation et garantir le succès de l'accord à moyen et à long terme, en favorisant l'adaptation de l'économie marocaine aux nouveaux paramètres contraignants incorporés dans l'accord.
In this connection, both parties will have to take account of the possible shortterm negative effects of the phasing out of tariffs and trade liberalization to be implemented by Morocco, with a view to ensuring compensation and guaranteeing the success of the agreement in the medium and long term, facilitating the adaptation of the Moroccan economy to the new and demanding parameters of competition defined by the agreement.
