En réponse à ces demandes la Commission a, dans un premier temps, adopté une communication le 27 juin 2012 (ci-après la «communication de juin»)[1], dans laquelle elle indique comment améliorer le respect des obligations fiscales et réduire la fraude et l’évasion fiscales, grâce à une meilleure utilisation des instruments existants et à l’adoption des propositions de la Commission toujours en suspens.
