Comment pourrait-on amener les provinces dites majoritairement anglophones à comprendre davantage que le travail des communautés ne doit plus être entravé et que le tissu social se doit d'être francophone pour permettre à la vitalité de s'épanouir?
How could we get the so-called anglophone majority provinces to better understand that the work of communities should no longer be hindered and that francophone communities need their social fabric in order to develop?
