Je suis d'accord avec l'appui à ma motion de 1985 qu'avait alors formulé la députée de Hamilton-Est quand elle disait à propos des excuses que «ce geste de bonne foi et de bonne volonté de la part du gouvernement commencerait à rétablir sa crédibilité qu'il a perdue en réclamant l'adoption de mesures contre les travailleurs, contre la famille et contre les syndicats. Le gouvernement doit agir, car on ne le croira plus sur parole.
I agree with the endorsement from the member for Hamilton East of my 1985 motion, when in reference to the apology she suggested that ``that act of good faith and goodwill on the part of the government would begin to restore the credibility this government has lost in insisting upon measures that are anti-worker, anti-family, anti-labour, and anti-union.
