IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Lorsque le présent accord de financement arrive à expiration ou est résilié, il demeure en vigueur en ce qui concerne tout passif ou exposition réel ou éventuel lié à toute opération, jusqu'à ce que ce passif ou cette exposition soit éteint ou déclaré irrécouvrable et que tout délai de prescription ait expiré. En particulier, le FEI est en droit de conserver les montants pouvant être requis, au titre du présent accord ou de tout accord opérationnel, pour le paiement de toute somme due ou la satisfaction de toute obligation réelle ou éventuelle au titre des opérations en cours.
Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, this Funding Agreement shall remain in force in respect of any actual or contingent liability or exposure under any Operation, until any such liability or exposure has been written off or determined to be unrecoverable and any applicable statute of limitation has expired and in particular, EIF shall be entitled to retain such amounts as may be required under this Agreement or any Operation Agreement for the payment of any amount owed thereto or the satisfaction of any accrued or contingent obligations under outstanding Operations.

The undertakings named in Article 1 shall forthwith bring the said infringement to an end, if they have not already done so. They shall henceforward refrain in relation to their activities in pre-insulated pipes from any agreement or concerted practice which may have the same or a similar object or effect as the infringement, including any exchange of commercial information by which they might be able to monitor adherence to or compliance with any tacit or express agreement regarding market-sharing, price fixing or bid-rigging in the Community.
