En outre, la proposition rappelle les conséquences des mouvements secondaires des demandeurs ou bénéficiaires d’une protection internationale dans le cadre du régime de relocalisation fondé sur la législation européenne en vigueur, c’est-à-dire lorsqu'ils entrent sans autorisation sur le territoire d’un État membre autre celui qui est responsable de l'examen de leur demande (en l’occurrence, l’État membre de relocalisation).
