The Executive Director will be responsible for establishing and implementing effective monitoring and evaluation of the Agency's performance. The Executive Director will prepare an annual report on the activities of the Agency which will compare, in particular, the results achieved with the objectives of the annual work programme. This report, following consultation of the Advisory Groups and adoption by the Management Board, will be forwarded by 15 June of the subsequent year at the latest to the European Parliament, the Council, the Commission, the European Economic and Social Committee and the Court of Auditors.
