Le «comité recherche Suisse/Communautés» évalue et assure la bonne exécution ainsi que l'interprétation du présent accord.
The ‘Switzerland/Communities Research Committee’ shall assess and be responsible for the proper execution and interpretation of this Agreement.

2. En outre, l'accord prévoit que le "comité recherche Suisse/Communautés" peut identifier, sur demande, les régions de Suisse qui remplissent les critères définis à l'article 5, paragraphe 1, du règlement (CE) no 1083/2006 du Conseil [13], et qui peuvent donc être éligibles au bénéfice d'actions de recherche au titre du programme de travail "potentiel de recherche" relevant du programme "capacités".
2. The Committee may identify on request of Switzerland regions of Switzerland that fulfil the criteria set out in Article 5(1) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006 [13] and may therefore be eligible regions benefiting from research actions under the Work Programme "Research Potential" under the specific "Capacities" programme.

Le "comité recherche Suisse/Communautés" décidera de l'applicabilité de ces règles en Suisse.
The Switzerland/Communities Research Committee shall decide on the applicability of these rules in Switzerland.

Les parties procèdent, au sein du "comité recherche Suisse/Communautés", à des échanges d'informations et de vues sur la préparation de tels programmes ou sur toute autre activité de recherche en cours ou à venir.
The Parties shall exchange information and views on the preparation of such programmes or other current and future research activities through the Switzerland/Communities Research Committee.

7. souligne la nécessité de renforcer la coordination des technologies énergétiques stratégiques à différents niveaux et entre les différents partenaires; souligne en outre la nécessité d'éviter toute bureaucratie excessive, d'assurer la simplicité et la clarté et de garantir une large participation de tous les partenaires potentiels dans le contexte de l'amélioration de la coordination, par exemple par le groupe de pilotage comité de la Communauté européenne et l'Alliance européenne pour la recherche dans le domaine de l'énergie, qui devrait être ouverte à tous les centres de recherche européens, indépendamment de leur taille et de leurs ressources;
7. Stresses the need to enhance the coordination of Strategic Energy Technologies at various levels and among different partners; also stresses the need to avoid excessive bureaucracy, ensure simplicity and clarity and secure widespread participation of all potential partners when improving coordination, for example through the European Community Steering Group and the European Energy Research Alliance, which should be open to all European research centres regardless of their dimension or resources;

Dans le cas de l'accord de coopération scientifique et technologique, sa mission est confiée à un comité qui existe déjà (le comité recherche Suisse/Communautés institué par l'accord-cadre de 1986).
In the case of the Scientific and Technological cooperation Agreement, its functions are entrusted to an already existing committee (the Switzerland/Communities Research Committee established in the 1986 Agreement).
